1. When is the OBT starting?

   OBT will start on 16 August 2011! Keep your eyes peeled on our website for the latest OBT news update on the timing!

   OBT serves as a testing phase where players are called upon to test and feedback any issues encountered in the game.

   This ranges from technical issues such as bugs found in-game, connection issues & computer compatibility, to gameplay issues such as game balance and even wrong or missing information.

   Your feedback helps make a better game, and in turn a better gaming experience for all.

   We sincerely appreciate all of your feedback, and are working hard towards that goal.

2. How do I create a Dragon Nest account?

   For CBT participants, simply use the same login credentials to join the game during the OBT phase.
   For existing Cherry Credits account holders who did not participate in CBT, you may login to the game with your existing Cherry Credits account credentials during OBT.
   If you are not an existing Cherry Credits account holder, please sign up an account for free!

3. I tried running the game, but why do I keep seeing the “Unable to connect to server” message?

   The game service will only be available when Open Beta starts on 16 August 2011. If you are encountering this problem during the OBT period, the game service may be under maintenance. Please stay tuned to our website for the latest notice of maintenance and patch timing.

4. I am certain that my login ID and password are correct, but why am I receiving "Character not allowed" error message?

   Your Game ID or password probably contains special characters or symbols such as '@', '#', '$' etc. You will need to change your password in Cherry Exchange to exclude the special characters.

   If you are unable to login using your Game ID, please use your registered Cherry Account email address.

5. Would there be GMs during OBT? How do I identify them?

   Yes. There will be GMs on duty 24 by 7 during the OBT period. They will be the same GMs whom you have seen during the CBT period.
   GMs will be around to facilitate your gameplay by answering queries with regards to the game.
   The names of GMs will be listed in the forum thread when OBT launches.

6. Is Dragon Nest Free to Play? Will it stay free to play?

   Yes! Dragon Nest is a free-to-play game. Dragon Nest makes money through selling Cash items in the game’s Cash Shop. Players are not obligated to buy these items but many opt to do so as they add another element of fun to the game.

7. Will there be Cash Shop during OBT?

   Yes. The Cash Shop will be available when the game goes into the Open Beta phase.

8. Can everyone play in OBT?

   Yes, everyone can play in OBT as long as you have a Cherry Credits account.
   Unfortunately, if you happen to be living in a country which is out of our service region, you will not be able to play in our service.

   Dragon Nest exists in several versions. Besides our service in Singapore and Malaysia, the
   developer, EYEDENTITY Games, has also licensed out Dragon Nest in South Korea, China,
   Taiwan, Japan, Canada, North America, Australia and Thailand. To protect the licensees'
   interests, users from the aforementioned licensed regions are blocked from playing our
   Dragon Nest SEA service.

9. Where can I download the game?

   You may now download the new game client for OBT at the main page of the site. For players who still have their CBT client, you may auto-patch the CBT client to the latest OBT version.

10. Will there be any account wipe after OBT?

    No. Unlike CBT, accounts will NOT be wiped for OBT.
